| Leisure residences We are planning to construct several owner-tenant leisure residences that can be rented through the hotel. The apartments will vary in size from 50m2 to 100 m2 and are designed to be of high standard. The owners/users of the apartments will also have access to all the hotel's facilities. Construction is awaiting the approval of the building permits. The apartments will be connected to the existing hotel.
